Sean Tisone

Managing Member

Sean has over 30 years’ experience managing extensive land development projects, from small commercial lots to several hundred-acre mixed-use developments. He has owned and managed Bison Ridge Construction since its inception and has successfully built the company from a meager beginning in the middle of a major economic downturn to a strong and stable business. He has formed strong working relationships with the largest home builder in Colorado and city and county officials all along the Front Range.

Guillermo Hernandez

Managing Member

Guillermo has a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and over 20 years’ experience working in the heavy civil construction industry. His strengths include an ability to effectively bid, organize and execute projects. He is self-motivated and has a verifiable track record of timely and on-budget completion of projects in both the private and public sectors. He played a key role in starting the Utility Pipe division for Bison Ridge.

Gerardo Hernandez

Managing Member

Gerardo has a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. With over 15 years’ experience, he has estimated and managed a wide range of projects including underground utilities, grading, and paving for public and private clients. He also played a key role in the development of the Utility Pipe division for Bison Ridge.

James Ratajczak

Estimator/Project Manager/Safety Manager

James has a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. He has over 10 years’ experience. James joined the Bison Ridge team in 2020 and has estimated and managed several projects including ongoing work at the Vantage Subdivision in Berthoud and Eastcreek in Thornton. James also leads Bison Ridge’s safety initiatives including daily logging of potential risks, site safety visits and hosts our bi-annual companywide safety summits.

Gustavo Hernandez

Estimator/Project Manager

Gustavo has a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Starting in 2020, Gustavo has estimated and been awarded several projects including Greeley’s Westgate Subdivision, as well as ongoing projects such as Silver Peaks in Lochbuie and Vista Meadows in Fort Lupton. Gustavo provides thorough estimates, skilled project management and great working relationships with vendors, subcontractors and clients.

Branden Stanley

General Superintendent

Colorado native, Branden, started in the industry right out of high school. He started as a concrete laborer and has worked in various positions working his way up to General Superintendent. Branden’s knowledge of the projects, his leadership skills and his attention to detail have played a significant role in Bison Ridge’s field operations.

Jennifer Zink

Office Manager

Jennifer joined our team in April 2019 and brought with her an impressive 25 years of experience in Office Management. Her excellent organizational skills keep the office running smoothly, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. She approaches each task with a willingness to learn and maintains high standards of quality with her work, making her an invaluable asset to the BRC team.
