This extensive civil construction project encompassed three separate filings, resulting in the development of 377 total residential lots. Key project elements included the completion of over 1.9 million cubic yards of earthwork, alongside the installation of 11,200 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 22,100 linear feet of water lines, and 9,100 linear feet of storm sewer systems. Additionally, nearly 100,000 square yards of pavement were laid to provide access and infrastructure for the community.
